Meet the Founder
Benjamin G. Ocal is the founder and CEO of Alpha Intelligence and the founder of Alpha AI. He started Alpha Intelligence with a simple conviction — that the future belongs to the people willing to imagine it, and then put in the work to build it.
His focus is super intelligence, technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation: how intelligent systems work, how different technologies can be connected, and how all of it can be turned into products people can actually use. What began as curiosity became a vision — and that vision became a collection of companies, Match By Zodiac among them.
His philosophy is simple: build fast, experiment, learn from failure, and keep going. Not every idea will work — but every attempt is a chance to learn, and failure is not the opposite of building. It is part of building.
In plain words.
18+ only. You must be 18 or older to join. We check your birthdate when you sign up, and your zodiac sign is read from that birthdate. It cannot be changed to a different sign later.
Be real. Use your own account and your own photos. Do not pretend to be someone else, use someone else's photos, or make a fake profile. We do not verify your identity. Before a profile photo is accepted, a server-side Alpha AI vision check looks for a clear human photo and turns away logos, graphics, and scenery. It is not identity verification: it does not prove that a photo is really you, and a small, dark, or full-body real photo can fail.
Photos. Upload only photos of yourself. You have one profile photo, and a verified photo of yourself is required before meeting people. You can change your photo only after a new photo passes the Alpha AI check, and you cannot remove your photo without a passing replacement photo.
Posts. A post is a photo plus a short description of 120 characters or fewer, and it lives on your page.
Be kind and honest. No harassment, threats, spam, scams, or asking other users for money. Messages can only be sent between people who have matched.
Reporting and blocking. When you report someone, we save that report, and that person stops appearing in your Discover feed. If three different people report the same profile, that profile is hidden from Discover for everyone pending review. Hiding is not a deletion or a ban: the account stays, and existing matches and messages are not removed by hiding alone. When you block someone, any match between you is removed and neither of you can see or message each other again. Unmatching removes the match and stops messages, without blocking.
Your account. Your password is stored only as a scrambled hash, never as plain text. Signing out ends your session on that device. You can delete your account from your profile: after you re-enter your password and confirm, we delete your profile, photos, matches, messages, swipes, reports involving you, blocks, and all sessions, and sign you out. Deletion cannot be undone, and reports you filed are deleted with your account. Signing up with an email and password creates the account right away. We email a 6-digit verification code, and you must enter it in the app before you can use your account — until then, the app stays locked on the verification screen.
What we hold. Your email address, a scrambled password hash (not your actual password), display name, birthdate, gender and who you are interested in, location you type in, bio, prompts, photos you upload, photo check results, swipes, matches, messages, reports, and sign-in sessions.
What other users see. Other users see your display name, age, zodiac sign, photos, bio, location you entered, and prompts. They do not see your email address, and they do not see your exact birthdate — only your age, worked out from it.
How it is used. Your profile is used to show you to other people, work out your sign and compatibility, and deliver messages between matches. Photos are stored as files and shown to other users in the app.
No data selling. We do not sell your personal data, and this app has no third-party advertising.
Reports. A report you send is saved with who reported whom, the reason you gave, and the time. Blocking is saved too, so the block keeps working. If three different people report the same profile, that profile is hidden from Discover for everyone pending review. If you delete your account, reports involving you are deleted with it.
Limits, stated plainly. This app does not verify your identity, and it does not prove that a photo is really you. Email verification is required: we email you a 6-digit code at signup, and the app stays locked on the verification screen until you enter it. A server-side Alpha AI vision check does run before a profile photo is accepted: it looks for a human photo, turns away logos, graphics, and scenery, and can fail a small, dark, or full-body real photo. Photos are served only to signed-in users, never to signed-out visitors, and only if the photo is on that person's current profile and neither side has blocked the other. Photos are not restricted to matches only, because Discover shows photos before matching — so any signed-in, non-blocked user who obtains a direct photo link can view that listed photo until they are blocked or the owner is hidden.
A post is a photo with a short line under it — it lives on your profile page, where it draws people to you. The photo runs through the Alpha AI photo check before it can post.
